Pricing and Tender Manager

In this role you will...

  • Be responsible for all internal pricing documentation including maintaining and updating the internal database of pricing
  • Deliver the established product portfolio market access and commercial activities including pricing, tenders, forecasting and market analysis:
    • Close collaboration with finance to keep our financial plan updated
    • Submitting prices for products to TLV
    • Responsible for maintaining and update pharma contracts
    • Analyse the market and propose bidding strategies for product of the month
    • Prepare for monthly performance reviews together with finance colleagues
    • Creation of robust business cases proposals for internal price approval requests
  • Support the rest of the market access team with timely pricing input in reimbursement and launch processes including tactical price plans, with the aim to optimise value for the asset.
  • Support business units in preparation and submissions of tenders
  • Identify tender and pricing opportunities. Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree within science, pharmacy, finance, business economics, health economics or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in market access, finance or commercial roles within the pharma industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of the external pharma environment in Sweden, awareness of the tender landscape and updates
  • Fluent in English – speaking and writing

Preferred:

  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communicator and able to present your position clearly with strong evidence and actively engage, challenge and discuss to achieve the best position
  • Enjoy working in cross functional teams and excited to work in a global company with strong values and amazing colleagues
