In this position you take a leading role in defining, communicating, and monitoring the security in our SAP landscapes both ECC and S/4, this include our authorization model and agreed security standards.
You will collaborate with all relevant IT SAP functional teams, the Internal Control team including the SAP authorization services, internal business customers and external partners.Your role is to take a leading role in designing, improving, and maintaining security standards and concepts for authorization, access management and SAP security settings.
You are responsible for following-up the guidelines and security standards in interaction with the business and to support during internal and external audits.

What You Will DoAssess Essity's SAP security setup, posture, and maturity level. Analyze consistency and the efficiency of the security configurations, perform quality checks.
Be able to guide developers to embed information security as appropriate in our solutions.
In collaboration with the Information Security team, define security requirements on the Essity SAP landscape.
Perform risk and vulnerability assessments on SAP landscape, analyze and propose measures and present them in business language.
Drive security across the company's entire SAP portfolio covering both data center and cloud-based systems.
Take part in system upgrade and ensure that all security aspects are covered (i.e., security notes, authorization defaults update etc.)
Deliver SAP security enhancements and best practices, maximize harmonization across the organization and drive automation.
Drive security related topics and collaborate with other relevant teams such as Basis, Integration, Authorization, Development, Data Protection and Identity and Access management.
Participate in international projects.
Support in internal and external audits.

What you need
Ideally 7 or more years of professional experience
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, Fiori, and SAP Hana DB security experience
Experience in creating technical documentation.
Strong grasp of Security Notes and understanding of attack paths within SAP environments.
Demonstrable knowledge of SAP security services, in platform protection, data protection, and managing security operations.
You thrive leading improvement from a holistic perspective and work with different parts of the business and supporting teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically.
Understanding of SAML & SSO
You have university degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline.
Knowledge and experience with service management processes / ITIL, experience from IT operations.
Knowledge about SAP Cloud components such as IAS, IAG and Cloud connector
Good to have
SAP GRC experience
Knowledge of authorization concepts, segregation of duties in an enterprise organization.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar security certification.
