Som Domain Manager Platform & Security kommer du att ha det övergripande ansvaret för Cibes IT och informationssäkerhet. Du kommer att leda ditt team och arbeta både strategiskt och operativt för att säkerställa en effektiv infrastrukturplattform samt utveckla och implementera säkerhetsåtgärder.
Du kommer också att planera och genomföra åtgärder och arbeta både verksamhetsnära, hands-on samt på en strategisk och långsiktig nivå hela tiden med fokus på kvalité och säkerhet.
- Driva förändring och modernisering inom ditt område.
- Etablera och upprätthålla processer och strukturer för informationssäkerhet.
- Säkerställa en väl fungerande infrastrukturplattform, inklusive servrar och nätverk.
- Utvärdera och implementera IT-säkerhetslösningar och tjänster.
- Utveckla och förbättra Digital Workplace-tjänster för användarvänlighet och säkerhet.
Placering: Kontoret i Gävle, hybrid arbetsplats med två dagar/vecka på plats.
Vem är du?
Vi söker en ansvarsfull och initiativrik ledare som kan arbeta både strategiskt och operativt. Du bör vara affärsinriktad, analytisk och ha förmågan att samarbeta effektivt med olika intressenter.
Som Domain Manager Platform & Security krävs de praktisk erfarenhet av implementering av informationssäkerhetsstyrning, samt erfarenhet av IT-säkerhetsområdet både när det gäller tekniska system och verktyg. Du har kunskaper om metoder för att arbeta och utvärdera företagets behov och välja rätt nivå av IT-säkerhet.
Vi ser också att du har:
- Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
- Erfarenhet av ledarskap inom informationssäkerhet eller relaterade områden.
- Goda kunskaper inom IT-säkerhet och plattformshantering.
- Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och projektledning.
- Erfarenhet av ITIL.
- Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska.
