Cgrain är ett litet företag som utvecklar, producerar samt säljer analysinstrument för okulär analys av spannmål runtom i världen. Tekniken bygger på avancerad bildanalys och AI. Vi är en av få aktörer i vår nisch med global försäljning och vår ambition är att vara ledande inom lösningar för okulär analys.

Det här kommer du att göra

Som Serviceansvarig kommer du utveckla och ansvara för Cgrains serviceaffär. Det innebär att ta fram koncept och processer för service och support samt ansvara för implementeringen. Du kommer även att utbilda distributörer för att upprätthålla servicekompetensen samt ansvara för reservdelsaffären. I ditt ansvar ingår att skapa förutsättningar för ett proaktivt servicearbete med bibehållen kundnöjdhet. I rollen kommer du också att genomföra service på ett flertal av våra instrument hos slutkund, supportera kunder och distributörer och sälja serviceavtal.

Regelbundna resor, främst inom norra Europa, kommer ingå i tjänsten både för att etablera en god relation med och utbilda våra kunder och distributörer och för att serva instrument.

Rollen utgår från Uppsala och du rapporterar du till VD.

Det här behöver du för att lyckas och trivas

Du har:

  • Erfarenhet av teknisk service och kunskap inom elektronik och mekanik
  • Erfarenhet från att ha utvecklat processer och arbetssätt
  • En mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på engelska, svenska samt ytterligare språk är meriterande
  • Teknisk utbildning, gärna med inriktning mot elektronik

Du är:

  • Målinriktad, utvecklingsorienterad och med god förmåga att strukturera och utveckla processer och arbetssätt.
  • Tekniskt intresserad, analytisk och gillar att lösa problem samt arbeta förebyggande.
  • Relationsskapande, och har förmågan att etablera kontakter och relationer med människor från olika kulturer.
  • Flexibel och serviceinriktad, du har lätt att anpassa dig till nya situationer och arbetssätt.
