At Bravida Service Nord in Uppsala, we are embarking on a transformation journey that has just begun. Working with your team of nearly 50 employees, you will have the opportunity to develop a multidisciplinary group consisting of experienced professionals, assemblers, and technicians with expertise in Heating, Electrical, and Ventilation. About the Role

The Service department in Uppsala consists of three branches; Energy & Rot, Service, and Cooling. As a Filialchef for Service, you will have the overall responsibility for the branch's development, growth, and profitability. In your role, you will lead and motivate your employees, establish growth plans, and collaborate closely with other branch managers within the department. The position includes, among other things:

• Ensure a safe work environment for all our employees.
• Set the vision, goals, and strategy for the branch's development and future business.
• Plan, manage, and follow up on the development according to the established plan.
• Work to ensure that all employees feel included, involved, and understand what and why we do what we do.
• Develop your employees, who are specialists in their respective areas, through a clear and coaching approach.
• Monitor and be responsible for the branch's results according to the budget and targets and take proactive action.
• Have customer contact and be ultimately responsible for bringing in jobs to the branch.

The role is based in Uppsala, and you will report to the department manager on-site in Uppsala.

We Believe You Have:

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in a leadership position with budget and personnel responsibility.
• Industry experience in service, construction, real estate, installation, or industry is advantageous.
• Strong confidence in your leadership and target management.
• Experience in sales and customer contact.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• A valid driver's license.
