Om jobbet
Som Product Manager hos oss kommer du att vara en nyckelspelare i vår produktutveckling. Ditt uppdrag är att omvandla produktvisioner och kundkrav till tydliga tekniska krav och presentera dem för vårt utvecklingsteam. Du kommer att vara med och driva tillväxt genom att identifiera nya marknadsmöjligheter och forma produktens långsiktiga vision. Denna roll innebär ansvar för roadmap, lönsamhet och produktutvecklingsplaner. Du kommer också att äga och hantera våra existerande och nya plattformar, inklusive provisioningsystem som är avgörande för att erbjuda säkra larmtransmissioner över hela världen.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Produktstrategi och vision: Utveckla, kommunicera och driva fram en tydlig produktstrategi och vision för våra IoT-lösningar.
  • Affärsmodeller och koncept: Skapa och utveckla affärsmodeller samt koncept för att maximera affärspotentialen och möta kundbehov.
  • Backlogg och prioritering: Hantera produktbackloggen, definiera epics och user stories, och rangordna marknadsbehov för vårt utvecklingsteam.
  • Ledarskap och riktning: Din produktstrategi guidar säljare och utvecklare i rätt riktning för att uppfylla våra mål och krav.

Om dig
För att lyckas i den här rollen tror vi har en bred teknisk förståelse med tillräckligt djup för att kunna kommunicera med utvecklarna på ett effektivt sätt inom domänen IoT, SaaS och cybersäkerhet. Du har mer än tre års erfarenhet av produktledning med helhetsansvar för en produkt på både strategisk och taktisk nivå.

Då denna roll till stor del innebär ledning av personal och ställer stora krav på tydlig kommunikation med intressenter på olika nivåer i organisationen ser vi gärna att du arbetat som linjechef eller drivit större projekt med deltagare i flera länder.

Vi tror också att du:

  • Har erfarenhet av datadrivet beslutsfattande, användning av analyser och kundfeedback för att driva produktförbättringar.
  • Har en kommersiell förståelse och förmåga att se affärsperspektiv när det behövs.
  • Har erfarenhet av kravställning mot utvecklingsavdelningar och är van vid att översätta kommersiella applikationskrav till tekniska för utvecklare.
  • Trivs med att arbeta i en internationell miljö och har god kommunikationsförmåga, med förmåga att övertyga och påverka på alla nivåer i organisationen.
