At Parexel, the Senior CRA role goes beyond the typical clinical monitor role. Senior CRA's build and maintain site relationships, ensuring success. They serve as the main point of contact for clinical sites, addressing issues, and managing site quality from identification to close-out.

As a Senior CRA at Parexel, you'll receive top-notch technology and tailored training. Expect less travel, a lighter protocol load, bonus incentives, work across various therapeutic areas, and opportunities for career advancement.

This role is available in Denmark or Sweden.

What you'll do

  • Leverage your expertise by conducting qualification, site initiation, monitoring, and termination visits at clinical sites.
  • Build strong relationships and oversee study integrity.
  • Ensure patient protection and compliance with protocols.
  • Drive patient recruitment strategies and maintain quality data.
  • Execute regulatory documentation and site document verification.

More about you

On day one, you should have:

  • Site Management experience in clinical research.
  • Ability to perform monitoring activities independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in biological science or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven work approach with a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adhere to project timelines.
  • Ethical work approach with a focus on patient well-being.
  • Proficiency in CTMS, EDMS, and MS-Office products.
