About the Role:

  • Main responsibility for group accounting, financial statements, and reporting for 9 companies.
  • Responsible for preparing and compiling external financial reporting to the market such as annual reports and interim reports.
  • Closely collaborating with the CEO and CFO.
  • Ensuring reliable information for the CEO and the management team.
  • Continuously improving and streamlining accounting and reporting processes.
  • Personnel responsibility for 2-4 individuals.
  • Ongoing communication with banks, auditors, owners, board, and other partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

We believe the right candidate has an academic degree in economics with several years of experience in a similar role. Ideally, you have worked in auditing and/or have solid experience in accounting and group accounting. Leadership experience is crucial, along with proficiency in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing. Experience with IFRS, gradual revenue recognition, and ERP migration are considered advantageous.
