Exciting Opportunity as Technical Sales Representative

ANDRITZ NAF in Linköping designs, manufactures, and sells industrial valves worldwide. Currently consisting of approximately 50 employees, we are seeking a driven and independent technical sales representative with a passion for sales and nurturing strong customer relationships.

ANDRITZ NAF AB is part of the international ANDRITZ Group with around employees. We provide service, system, and process solutions to industries such as pulp and paper with comprehensive and highly specialized expertise. In Sweden, ANDRITZ AB has about 420 employees with offices and branches in multiple cities. As a world-leading supplier in its niche, ANDRITZ offers access to a global sales organization and significant development resources.

ANDRITZ NAF follows collective agreements and is a member of industry organizations, ensuring a well-established working environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of the commercial team responsible for supporting various inquiries from customers and distributors worldwide. Your duties include managing all customer activities from inquiry to order, involving proposal development, pricing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The process concludes with an orderly handover to the production side. This position offers a global scope as part of an international team with a department manager based in Linköping.

As a technical sales representative, your tasks will involve:

  • Preparing and handling inquiries for the product portfolio and potentially other brands within the organization;
  • Ensuring received orders align with provided quotations;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities according to the company's reporting system;
  • Close collaboration with sales and operational teams, internally and externally, to achieve both sales and company objectives;
  • Handling and resolving issues related to contract clauses, sales inquiries, and customer technical specifications.

This role entails working on technical solutions and communicating with customers, where your social skills will be crucial. You will act as a bridge between the sales team and production.

Requirements

  • Educational background or experience in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent;
  • A commercial sense for prices, pricing, and products;
  • Similar experience in manufacturing/technical environments is required, knowledge of industrial valves and/or valve automation in the process industry is advantageous;
  • Effective communication skills in Swedish and English, with knowledge of Finnish considered a plus.

Conditions
