I rollen som Purchaser medverkar du till att säkra försörjningen av varor och tjänster i enlighet med företagets behov. Du kommer aktivt medverka i utvecklandet av inköpsarbetet inom Supply Management i samarbete med Category Managers och Director Procurement.

Du kommer tillsammans med dina kollegor ansvara för att fastlagda kategoristrategier speglas i avropen av material och tjänster samt aktivt föreslå, driva, rapportera och hantera inköpsfrågor men också avvikelser gällande leveranser och samarbetet med våra leverantörer.

Du kommer även att representera inköp i våra tvärfunktionella forum som bl.a produktions- och behovsplaneringsmöten och i lanseringsprojekt.

Rollen är både taktisk och operativ och vi förutsätter att du har erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med avrop, inköp och förbättringsarbete inom Supply Chain. Du är en strukturerad driven lagspelare som har förmågan att samarbeta och driva projekt på ett engagerande och kommunikativt sätt.

Du är en kreativ person som är tekniskt intresserad. Du gillar att arbeta med utveckling och innovation och gör gärna det i ett processtyrt företag som arbetar mål- och resultatinriktat. Du har en väl utvecklad förmåga att hantera, samordna och driva flertalet aktiviteter samtidigt.

Sammanfattning av kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av avrop, inköp och förbättringsarbete inom Supply Chain.
  • Strukturerad och driven lagspelare med förmåga att samarbeta och driva projekt på ett engagerande sätt.
  • Kreativ och tekniskt intresserad med passion för utveckling och innovativa lösningar.
  • Förmåga att hantera och driva flera aktiviteter samtidigt i en processstyrd miljö.
  • Dokumenterad relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller erfarenhet inom liknande områden.
  • God datorvana, erfarenhet av affärssystemet Dynamics 365 eller snarlikt är meriterande.
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Du rapporterar till Manager Direct Purchasing. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på Heltid 100%. Placering Göteborg.

Det största produktsegmentet är Rökfria producter, vilket inkluderar nikotinpåsar, snus, och tuggtobak.

Produktionen sker i sju länder, och den största delen av koncernens försäljning kommer från USA och Skandinavien. Med visionen om en värld utan cigaretter strävar Swedish Match efter att bidra till förbättrad folkhälsa genom att erbjuda attraktiva alternativ till cigaretter med sina rökfria produkter. Några av dess välkända varumärken inkluderar: General (snus), ZYN (nikotinpåsar) och Cricket (tändare).
