Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities
Summary of Role
We are looking for a senior expert with the right experience to contribute to the growth of a new range of ESG and property services within Anthesis AB.
We envisage that the expert has long experience of property related issues within M&E, sustainability, energy efficiency and project advisory. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge on the EU EPBD is necessary.
The person we are looking for have a well-grounded consulting experience, experience of team leadership and management, as well as project and team administration. The role demands good experience of communication with customers and sales of new projects, as well as experience of leading project groups. Anthesis have clients in both the private and public sectors, in Sweden and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- To grow and intensify existing client contacts and projects,
- To establish client contacts and a project portfolio in the area,
- To lead a team of property sustainability experts,
- To identify new business opportunities with new or existing clients,
- To build trusted relationships with clients, identifying client challenges and proposing solutions,
- To provide both strategic and analytical expertise to client projects,
- Good knowledge on sustainability challenges related to the property sector, including corporate sustainability reporting, financing prerequisites, and energy efficiency.
- Solid experience of working, writing reports, and holding presentations in both Swedish and English (spoken and written),
- Solid experience of working in both Swedish and International work environments.
- Experience in assessing Mechanical Services and advice on energy efficiency measures;
- Able to provide advice to clients on retrofit actions to lowering carbon footprint
- Experience in renewable energy solutions
- Skills in Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitoring assessments;
- General knowledge in Taxonomy/CSRD assessments for properties;
- University degree in environmental or technical sciences or similar professional experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from ESG assessments and Technical Due Diligence;
- Work within a highly motivated team in an innovative and rapidly growing global company
