At Stratsys we offer a SaaS platform that streamlines compliance in business-critical areas such as sustainability, GRC, and quality work for medium to large organizations. Unlike other compliance tools, we go a step further by moving organizations from reporting to action and effectively distributing responsibility internally. We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Services & Solutions team in Gothenburg or Stockholm.

Crafting sustainability reports is a complex and time-consuming task, tangled in legal obligations and frameworks like CSRD/ESRS, the EU taxonomy, GRI, and Agenda 2030. But fear not Our tool is designed to streamline this process, empowering customers to efficiently plan, implement, and monitor their sustainability initiatives from ambition to action.

As a crucial member of our team, your role is pivotalin ensuring customers extract the outmost value from our sustainability product. You'll guide them through the onboarding process, providing consultation, advice, customizations, and training to ensure they effectively adopt and utilize our tools to their fullest potential. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • In this role, you onboard our customers to Stratsys cloud-based platform with associated products. You will primarily work towards the private sector and our sustainability product.
  • Our customers are mainly larger organizations where your contact areas span between people at the management and operational level. The projects often aim to implement and onboard new customers in one of our products or to support existing customers who have made a change or are to implement a new product.

    Amongst other tasks - the responsibilitiesinclude;
  • Run and take ownership of product onboarding projects for our customers in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Lead and motivate the customer's project team through the implementation
  • Independently conduct product training for customers, both digitally and physically
  • Implement configurations based on customer needs, which means adjustments to the user interface in the product
  • Consult the customer on how the products best fit with their processes and how to get full value out of the products
  • Capture and follow up on the customer's further needs within our product offering to contribute to additional sales with our customers

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Systems Science, Sustainability Management or similar
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English (Norwegian is a bonus)
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, system implementation, sustainability management, SaaS sales, or similar.
  • Previous experience with digital systems and a great interest in running your work using digital channels and platforms

  • You have worked in a similar role at a SaaS company.
  • You have previous experience with software or digitalization in the field of sustainability.
  • You have experience in supplier assessment.
  • You have experience working with CSRD, GHG, and ESG factors
