About the Positions:

  • Join our team as a Lead Project Manager and play a key role in driving the development of future electric drivelines at Volvo Group. We have multiple open positions where you will oversee significant strategic projects within Electromobility. Your responsibilities will range from concept development in the early stages to managing planning, development, and delivery in later phases.

Electromobility is dedicated to crafting complete electric propulsion systems for Volvo Group. As a project manager, you will lead the development of hardware, software, and system integration for energy storage, electric motors, drive systems, electrical distribution, charging systems, and electric propulsion control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee major projects within Electromobility, reporting to executive levels and steering committees. Manage strategic projects to meet set targets and business objectives, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with vehicle teams. Actively participate in enhancing project management practices to maximize customer value output.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in project or line management
  • Proven track record of leading large projects across all stages
  • Background in the automotive industry
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
  • High energy level and strong drive to foster a high-performance working culture

Preferred Qualification:

  • Project Management certification
