Memira Eyecenter offers a comprehensive range of vision correction and eye care services. We bring together ophthalmologists, surgeons, specially trained opticians, orthoptists, and nurses who work closely together at any of our 66 clinics. We are the leading player in Scandinavia for eye laser treatments and lens exchanges, and we are rapidly expanding in eye care, both publicly and privately funded. The Memira Group currently has a turnover of approximately 800 million SEK and employs around 300 people in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Memira Eyecenters is 'the eye partner for life' by providing everything for the eye under one roof and driving the development of eye care.

Operational Excellence Associate
As an Operational Excellence Associate you will be pivotal in these transformations and have a unique position to contribute directly to improving the operational processes in Memira. Memira has an ambitious strategic agenda. In this role you will be contributing to profitable growth. You will do this by identifying and implementing best practices in our operational processes and bringing these together with commercial dynamics.
As a strategic partner to operational leadership, you will engage in transformative projects and innovations, consistently aimed at optimizing Memira ́s medical care delivery. Collaborating closely with the Director of Operational Excellence for Commercial Care and other key stakeholders within the organization, you will instill an 'Operational Excellence mindset' within the Commercial Care division—a critical initiative for achieving our strategic objectives.
Leveraging your robust analytical skills, you will derive valuable insights from data, while maintaining a keen understanding of the daily complexities faced in our clinics. Recognizing that service improvement is a collaborative effort, your presence in the clinics is essential to effectively guide and implement the changes you champion.
You will report directly to the Director of Operational Excellence, a key member of the Management Team for Commercial Care. Your role involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical staff, local and senior management. As a member of the international Operational Excellence team within the Bergman Clinics Group, which includes Memira, you will contribute to fostering a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the group. This entails sharing knowledge and expertise, developing training programs, and driving the identification, prioritization, and implementation of best practices across clinics, thereby supporting the development of a leading, scalable European healthcare platform.

You have unbridled energy, ambition and drive to improve.
Furthermore, you have/are:
Typically 3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience, eg. management consultancy or similar position on the client side.An academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.Outstanding communicative skills, verbally and in writing, in English and Swedish is a prerequisite.Experience in operational excellence, production planning, capacity management, change management or process optimization is a plusApply
