Operations Director – Healthcare

We are looking for a new Operations Director to join our team focused on Healthcare, Seniors & Education. This role is all about leading our Operations to deliver on our Quality of Life mission, creating a safe working environment, and meeting financial targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement the segment strategy for sustainable growth and meeting financial goals
  • Ensure strong financial and commercial performance
  • Manage people, including salary reviews, goal setting, and talent development

Profile:

The ideal candidate will have experience in full P&L accountability, contract management, and building client relationships. You should have a deep understanding of market trends and experience in international organizations.

This role requires a university degree and relevant certifications.

We are looking for someone with a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and a focus on results and accountability.
