RRP Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
What this position entails - Purpose:
The Reduced Risk Products FP&A Manager is an indispensable member of the finance team and a reliable business collaborator within the organization. In this capacity, you will actively engage in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting procedures, taking on complete ownership and accountability for RRP. You will be involved in various spontaneous initiatives and business scenarios to steer the business growth in Scandinavia, serving any of the 5 markets currently present within the region.
What will be your responsibilities:
  • Engage in forecasting, planning, and real-time monitoring within at least one of the following: Marketing/COGS/Opex budget planning and reporting cycles
  • Manage coordination of Business Approval Processes (BAP/MEMO) with a financial perspective
  • Provide support for sales volume planning and reporting in the Scandinavia market
  • Contribute to the financial planning cycle (Monthly closing, OL, LE, ASP) and take charge of specific sub-processes
  • Develop, revise, and uphold financial model assumptions as a part of the planning cycle
  • Produce, update, and sustain financial highlight presentations for local management, the WE region, or other stakeholders within the organization
  • Assume an active role and partial ownership of reporting and database maintenance within numerous GPM platforms
  • Contribute to the end-of-month processes and take ownership of particular sub-processes
  • Actively partake in coordinating and advancing work with the Global Business Services center
  • Offer assistance with financial queries and business scenarios, consistently promoting precision and efficiency
  • Engage in sporadic assignments with complete P&L and MFCF responsibilities

Who we are seeking - Requirements:
  • Hold a university or college degree in Finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrate proven experience in business controlling
  • Possess prior experience in an international corporation and dealing with international reporting
  • Familiarity with SAP will be advantageous
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Swedish will be a bonus
  • Possess excellent Excel skills
  • Have excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
