Excited to grow your career? Nasdaq Stockholm is currently looking for a Principal Program/Project Manager to join our European Markets Operations Project Office team in Stockholm.

Role & Responsibilities include

Overseeing, managing, and monitoring key strategic and multi-faceted programs and projects to ensure success. Planning and managing resources and coordinating effectively with management and colleagues. Ensuring that programs and projects meet or exceed their obligations regarding requirements, specifications, quality, budget, timeframes, risks, and communication. Ensuring proper project planning and setup, including governance, scope, reporting to and communication with management forums and regulators. Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals. Participating in establishing and maintaining EMS project management frameworks.

We expect you to have

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field. At least 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry is required, in a role dedicated to leading programs or projects, managing operations or managing complex systems. Experience with global organizations in a regulated industry, leading large teams coming from various parts of a global organization. Experience working with complex decision making, risk assessments, complex organizations, and technical systems. Demonstrable experience with project management methodologies and project management tools, including industry trends. Experience in handling external or internal customers, including Steering Committees, high level management, external clients, industry associations and regulators. The ability to demonstrate thought leadership in implementing changes to existing processes and practices. Good interpersonal skills, leadership, effectively develop and maintain relationships, and lead culturally diverse teams. Formal Project Management certification. Fluent in written and spoken English.
