What's the scope?

This Sales Operations Co-Ordinator role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Jeanswear brands future by managing their key accounts. The role has the responsibility for achieving the strategic goals like:

Committed to our Go To Market calendar and sales plans you will create the perfect basis for smooth and efficient processes, exchanging ideas intensively with colleagues in Sales, Sales Planning & Customer Service. With strong communication and team working skills, you will develop and maintain strong partnership with your sales colleagues, supporting the largest business priorities and opportunities. You will provide a sales support service to the SKA and Field Account team which includes key account content management, sample co-ordination/logistic, category/assortment files and B2B onboarding/training.

As our Sales Operations Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for;

Order book entry, accuracy and maintenance Key Account content facilitation, data management, customer portal alignment EDI, Assortment, category and pricing ownership and delivery for key accounts Handling incoming invoices on time Sample coordination and logistics Seasonal and promotional stock list proposal and reviews MO lists Facilitation of account order book reviews, PO accuracy and seasonal improvement.

Skills for Success:

Experience in a sales/sales support function, with a strong understanding of commercial KPI's Experience in authoring, interpreting, reviewing reports, where analysis generates insights and a progressive call to action Experience and success in building strong team and cross functional partnerships. Advanced Excel Skills - Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in the creation, interpretation and delivery of reports in Excel Organizational and Planning Skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment and build structured, but flexible plans. Analytical Thinking and Insights Focused - Strong analytical mindset, good numerical comprehension, and data insights experience. Growth mindset and attention to detail - Is detailed oriented, progress focused, with an inquisitive nature Team Player - Communicative and supportive team player with assertiveness and the willingness to develop further and put the status quo to the test
