What's the role about?

As Quality Lead & Sustainability Coordinator (QLSC) you hold the overall responsibility for the Quality Management System/processes (ISO 9001 and as well as ensuring the support office follows standards and make recommendations for improvements. This includes managing and maintaining quality control documentation, and ensuring all necessary records and reports are accurate and up to date.

Communication is key in this QLSC role, and with the purpose of ensuring that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives there will be a lot of communication with relevant stakeholders in the support office, the management team being one of the main ones.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of sustainability plans for Sweden and monitoring and managing progress against the agreed Regional and Market plan, in collaboration with the Head of Sustainability Northern Europe.

Other tasks in the role will be:

  • Provide relevant QMS/sustainability training for the support office.
  • Manage the business plan process and organise EMT- and Management team meetings and manage the associated documentation, to ensure quality standards are being followed.
  • Build partnerships with relevant external organisations in support of the Sustainability agenda in Sweden, for example Optikbranschen.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, communication or marketing.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and working with stakeholders. Excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in an approachable, helpful, professional and confident manner.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.).

Would be great, but not a requirement, if you have:

  • Experience in working with sustainability and quality management systems.
  • Experience in working with identifying areas of change and improvement, and continuously striving to make necessary improvements.
