Industrial SalesSweden ansvarar för försäljning avSKF:sprodukt- och serviceprogram till svenska industrikunder.

Lubrication management är ett nystartat fokusområde med stor tillväxtpotential. Hälften av alla lagerhaverier är smörjrelaterade och genom attraktiva erbjudande och kompetens kan vi utveckla och stärka vår affär och våra kunders konkurrenskraft.

Vi är i ett uppbyggnadsskede där vi tillsammans med våra kunder utvecklar olika tjänsteerbjudanden. Kärnan består av tre erbjudanden:

  • Nulägesanalys där vi analyserar kundens smörjunderhåll, föreslår förbättringar och driver förbättringsaktiviteter och samtidigt utvecklar replikerbara erbjudanden.
  • Utbildningar inom smörjning och tribologi: anpassade utbildningar som täcker det väsentliga som behövs för att kunna driva ett framgångsrikt smörjunderhåll.
  • Tribologen: en mjukvara för att kunna hantera smörjning ner till varje enskild smörjpunkt.

Ditt dagliga arbete och ansvarsområden

I rollen som Lubrication Management Specialist kommer du att driva utvecklingen av våra kunders smörjunderhåll runt den roterande axeln tillsammans med våra automationsspecialister och applikationsingenjörer. Arbetsuppgifterna täcker allt från att leda projekt, utföra nulägesanalyser med tillhörande kundintervjuer, workshops och rapportskrivning till att stödja kunderna i användandet av vår programvara Tribologen och hålla utbildningar i smörjning och tribologi. En viktig del är också att stötta vår försäljningsavdelning vid införsäljning av våra tjänster.

Vi är ett tight team som jobbar ihop utifrån våra gemensamma styrkor och som tar oss an utmaningar och löser problem tillsammans.

Vi tror att du som söker har

Tidigare erfarenhet från underhåll/service är ett krav, och har du kunskap och erfarenhet inom smörjning är detta meriterande. Ledning och samordningserfarenhet som ledare eller projektledare värderas högt. Vi ser också gärna att du har erfarenhet av att hålla utbildning. Erfarenhet från stål, papper och gruvindustri ses också som meriterande.

Du motiveras av att skapa kundrelationer och leverera värde genom dialog, samarbete och utbildning med kund. Förmåga att samordna och facilitera är egenskaper vi värderar.

Rollen kommer att innehålla en del resande, ca 30–50 nätter per år, främst inom Sverige. Fältbil ingår.

Utifrån våra tillväxtplaner ser vi gärna att du är placerad i mellersta Sverige (Bergslagen, Mälardalen med omnejd).

Du kommer att rapportera till chefen över Lubrication Management Industrial Sales som är placerad i Göteborg.
