Vi söker dig som vill hjälpa kunder framåt med sin UX- och tjänstedesign Du vet hur viktigt ett strukturerat arbete med UX är och engagerar dig för en bättre designprocess i produktutvecklingen.

Du inspirerar andra och har ett driv att hjälpa kunder och kollegor framåt samt förmåga att se till affärsnyttan hos våra kunder. Du är expert inom ditt område och vi kan erbjuda dig en arbetsmiljö där du kommer utvecklas vidare tillsammans med oss. Som en del av vårt redan starka team inom UX och som konsult hos våra kunder är det viktigt att du reder ut både stora och små problem i vardagen.

  • Leda arbetet med UX- och tjänstedesign hos våra kunder
  • Coacha team och organisationer till att jobba strukturerat med UX
  • Sätta upp strategier och skapa förutsättningar för högkvalitativt UX-arbete
  • Utbilda inom UX-metodik internt på QESTIT, i konsultuppdrag och på yrkeshögskolor
  • Driva frågor inom UX- och tjänstedesign framåt och framtidssäkra arbetet både på strategisk och operativ nivå
  • Vara med och forma vår interna kultur och bolagets utveckling inom UX

Du vill vara delaktig att utveckla framtidens produkter med moderna metoder. Internt engagemang är viktigt och vi träffas regelbundet i bolaget för strategiska diskussioner såväl som sociala och kompetensutvecklande aktiviteter. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper som social förmåga, samarbetsförmåga, initiativ- och ansvarstagande och en stark affärsanda.

  • Du har några års erfarenhet av att jobba med UX mot produktutveckling.
  • Du har en relevant utbildning inom området
  • Du har lätt för att kommunicera med såväl utvecklingsteam samt stakeholders, ledningsgrupp och uppdragsgivare
  • Du talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat
  • Du är noggrann och mån om att överträffa kundens förväntningar
  • Du är en nyfiken person och jobbar aktivt med din personliga utveckling
