About You:

  • You are afinance professional with experience from accounting, controlling, FP&A or other field within finance.
  • You are ahighly ambitious independent individual that enjoys doing great work without someone necessarily needing to tell you every time that you did good.
  • You have a university degree in finance, accounting or industrial engineering OR you have solid full time work experience from serving customers in the field of accounting or adjacent.
  • Preferably you've worked with or forB2B software companies before, and as such you have deep understanding of the customer-provider relationship dynamic.
  • You are an openminded, kindhearted and energetic human.
  • You are based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area, as we need to be able to work together often.
  • You can be a recent graduate and you are likely aiming to start your own company in a couple of years.

What You'll Do:

  • Onboarding of new customers to ensure the delivery of delightful customer experiences.
  • Join meetings with enterprise prospect customers for product demos and sales engineering.
  • Support customers to solve problems related to Scratx products and services.
  • Train existing customers in leveraging our products in meetings on request, round table gatherings, webinars and presentations at events.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams in developing our products with funneling customer feedback effectively.
  • Develop, curate and improve our feedback loop with customers and internal teams to ensure that no stone is left unturned in the iterative improvement of our products.
  • Drive projects to develop our product development methodologies together with engineering teams.
