Vi är specialiserade på interim management och marknadsledare inom vår nisch - att hjälpa Sveriges företag hitta tillfälliga chefer och specialister till affärskritiska behov. Vårt arbete kännetecknas av tydlig struktur och en skräddarsydd metodik som möjliggör oss att leverera marknadens lämpligaste kandidater på mycket kort tid, ibland inom 48 timmar. Interim Search omsätter 427 MSEK och består av över 40 medarbetare på kontor i Stockholm, Göteborg, Gävle och Malmö.

I rollen som Rekryteringsresearcher & Business Support kommer du att ingå i ett research-team bestående av tio medarbetare och samarbeta tätt med en erfaren rekryteringskonsult på plats i Stockholm. Du blir en betydande del i att bedriva snabba, träffsäkra leveranser och tillsättningar till våra kunder.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:

  • Identifiera och kontakta kandidater som passar aktuella uppdrag
  • Intervjua seniora interimskonsulter, främst via telefon, och utvärdera ideal matchning för uppdrag
  • Tillsammans med rekryteringskonsult, ansvara för allt från uppstartsmöten med kund, kravspecifikationer, annonsering, sökstrategi till presentation och avtalsskrivning
  • Administrera information i vårt CRM-system under varje uppdragsprocess
  • Hjälpa oss att hitta nya kunder genom att identifiera och kvalificera nya målföretag
  • Skapa tydliga och representativa kandidatpresentationer till våra kunder
  • Säkerställa en positiv upplevelse för våra kandidater och löpande hantera ansökningar i vårt system


Vem vi söker:

  • Du har en akademisk examen inom personalvetenskap eller motsvarande
  • Du är en nyfiken person som trivs i snabbrörliga miljöer som präglas av högt arbetstempo och affärskritiska behov
  • Du är van att supportera, agera proaktivt och trivs i en serviceorienterad roll
  • Du är snabb, effektiv, noggrann och duktig på att organisera
  • Du kan växla mellan struktur och behovsstyrda arbetsuppgifter
  • Du är positiv och vill vara en del av vår fortsatta tillväxtresa
  • Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift
  • Meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från rekrytering
