Nu rekryterar vi en Brand Success Coordinator som kommer att stötta vårt Brand Success Team, vår inköpsavdelning och våra leverantörer med varierande uppgifter.

Placeringsort kommer att vara i Stockholm tillsammans med vårt Brand Success Team.

Din roll som Brand Success Coordinator

Vi på outofhome har en uppgift: Det är att ta producenter och kunder närmare varandra. Låter det enkelt? Det är ganska enkelt - och sjukt roligt. Det verkar också vara uppskattat.

Vårt Brand Success Team arbetar dagligen med att hjälpa nya och gamla leverantörer komma närmare sina kunder. Tillsammans med våra växande skaraleverantörer utmanar vi hur branschen fungerar och skapar nya möjligheter att lyckas. Varje leverantör är unik och behovet kan se helt olika ut beroende på produktsegment och storlek.

Rollen som koordinator i vårt Brand Success Teamär skapad som en support-funktion för att vi skall kunna hjälpa fler leverantörer.

Det är många leverantörer som hör av sig och varje år tar vi in nya. I takt med att vi ökar blir det också fler kontakter med olika operativa avdelningar hos våra leverantörer i uppstart eller i den dagliga verksamheten.

Det kan handla om kampanjer som skall dras igång, nya produkter som lanseras eller prisjusteringar som skall genomföras. Det kan också vara säljare som behöver hjälp med att lägga upp en kund (lyxproblem) eller annat högt och lågt.

Flera gånger per år har vi även olika utvecklingsprojekt tillsammans andra delar av organisationenoch där är man en naturlig spindel i nätet som kan avlasta med projektledning och driv framåt.

Det här är en junior supportfunktion.Varje dag är inte den andra lik och du kommer samarbeta med nästan hela organisationen dagligen.Antagligen är du en relativt nyexaminerad person med ambitioner om att utvecklas tillsammans med ossi vårt växande bolag men vi tar naturligtvis emot ansökningar från alla vägar i livet.

Uppstart är planerad till augusti/september 2024.

  • God kunskap i excel
  • Datorvana och van vid många system
  • Räkna marginaler och påslag
  • Prata och skriva effektivt på svenska

Det hade varit magiskt om du även:

  • Har erfarenhet från livsmedelsbranschen
  • Är social och en fena pårelationsbyggand
  • Gillar att arbeta i team, men är samtidigt självgående och trivs med eget ansvar
  • Har passion för god mat
  • Tycker e-handel verkar kul
  • Kan skriva över80 ord/minut på ett tangentbord
