Som nyckelspelare i vår organisation arbetar du i en fartfylld miljö med stora kontaktytor både internt och externt. Huvudansvar

  • Registrera och hantera kund- och inköpsorder från förfrågan till fakturering
  • Skapa offerter och lämna prisuppgifter åt kunder
  • Arbeta med artikel- och kundupplägg i vårt affärssystem
  • Utföra prisberäkningar
  • Erbjuda kundsupport via mail och telefon med teknisk rådgivning och leveransinformation.
Din profil

Som person är du strukturerad och van vid att hantera många uppgifter och ärenden parallellt. En problemlösare som tar initiativ och gärna hjälper dina kollegor. Samarbetet i team är centralt och vi ser att du bidrar till vår positiva atmosfär där vi tillsammans arbetar mot våra gemensamma mål.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet inom kundservice, orderhantering eller innesälj
  • Kunnig på att planera, prioritera och strukturera ditt arbete
  • Gymnasie/högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi, inköp, teknik eller liknande
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Färdigheter inom IT (affärssystem, Excel, portaler). Tidigare erfarenhet av vårt affärssystem Business Central är meriterande
