About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine paint application and equipment for new launches and paint shop optimization,
- Establish paint shop standards and procedures globally within Plasman through effective project management,
- Ensure paint development aligns with customer specifications, FTT, CT, and process excellence,
- Maintain SOP adherence based on timelines,
- Implement corporate standards and best practices throughout HQ and plants,
- Define specifications for paint shop, equipment, robotics, peripheral devices, and paint jigs,
- Contribute to paint line modifications with technical advice and supplier follow-up,
- Monitor product development process compliance with customer demands.
Your Profile
- Familiarity with organizational statements, standards, values, and procedures,
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively,
- Strong financial and business acumen,
- Willingness to travel independently within designated regions,
- Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work autonomously,
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, robotics, or mechanical engineering,
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive paint industry,
Additional Criteria
- Proficient in English (written and verbal), Swedish proficiency is advantageous.
- Permanent full-time position,
