We are searching for a solution-sales oriented person to join an exciting growth initiative. You will be working with existing customers and sales cases throughout the Nordics. Data Platforms helps businesses manage liquidity, information exchange and Data as part of their industry-specific eco-systems. We have five service areas: Industry Messaging, Billing & Invoice, Data Services, Debt register & Eye-share.

For this position, you will work with Purchase to pay, order to cash, e-invoice services and other digital solutions that are represented in Industry Messaging and Billing & Invoice.

Being one of the largest messaging providers in the Nordic region we can give you the opportunity to work with some of the most demanding and interesting customers on the market. You will be working with some of the most experienced people in our field, covering areas such as supply chain, logistics, financial and energy messaging. When joining Tietoevry Industry as a Continuous Service Manager

  • You will work close to the product team and be able to influence product development.
  • Manage the existing customers through the contract's life cycle.
  • You will be accountable for delivering according to contract and SLA's, driving up-sales and developing existing customers.
  • Responsible for fulfilling Tietoevry bid processes and practices.
  • You will be a part of the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish customer teams for Data Platforms as opportunities are discovered.
  • You will interact with other Nordic colleagues and will receive training based on the knowledge in different Nordic countries.
  • You will be an important part of our sales development since we strongly believe in innovative ideas to invigorate continuous development and training.

Who we are looking for

  • You have solution sales experience, and are used to agile working methods
  • You have experience of billing and order to delivery processes
  • You see the opportunity to help our customers harmonize and simplify digital connections in a business critical B2B process.
  • You are knowledgeable in Customer Management, and can apply your competence to your sales processes
  • You have a pro-active way of working
  • You can handle multiple sales processes
  • You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in Swedish and English
