We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for Special Steels IT Enterprise Architecture (EA). Your main tasks include developing and maintaining the IT roadmap for Special Steels, understanding business needs, prioritizing projects, ensuring they align with the established IT roadmap and architectural principles to maximize return on investment.

By closely collaborating with business functions within the division, you will develop IT strategies, business cases, and IT solutions in line with SSAB's overall IT architecture.

The role also involves contributing architecture expertise from enterprise to solution level and inspiring the development of employees within the Special Steels IT architecture domain.

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect for our office in Stockholm, with the possibility of placement at our site in Oxelösund.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and visualize target architecture and the associated Special Steels IT roadmap, as well as describe, model, visualize, and analyze processes, structures, and relationships and how they should be supported by the target architecture.
  • Collaborate with other EA architects in SSAB's different divisions and the CIO Office to create the best solutions for both Special Steels' business strategy and other parts of the SSAB group.
  • Support procurement and pre-studies of IT solutions, as well as prioritize IT projects/programs within Special Steels.
  • Develop business cases for IT investments.
  • Lead strategic IT and business projects and develop architecture competence within the division.

About you:

  • You have extensive experience in IT strategy, architecture development, project management, and experience in EA work in larger companies.
  • You can convey strategies through clear target pictures and have good presentation skills.
  • You are curious, self-driven, experienced in leading work, and enjoy improving work methods and approaches in the organization.
  • Previous experience working in a global company would be beneficial.
  • You have an academic education at the university level or other relevant education/experience, and can communicate in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
