We are now looking for a Business Controller to cover for a parental leave for around 7 months starting in August. Acting right hand to our CFO, you play a crucial role in analyzing the Group's financial performance and aid in the financial decision-making.

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN

  • Analyse and monitor the Group's financial performance and profitability
  • Manage OPEX including monthly follow-up meetings with department heads
  • Independently review and analyze the profitability development, identify variances, and find solutions with the accounting or commercial teams
  • Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Support CFO in the group's budget, forecast, and cashflow processes
  • Support the accounting team with monthly joint review of the P&L
  • Work together with the accounting team on improving financial reporting in terms of dimensions/accounts, allocation models, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in a group or multinational environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and BI tools. Strong skills in MS Excel
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
