Your future role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Business Controller to join our dedicated team. As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in our finance function with a particular focus on our exhibition activities. Reporting to the Head of Group Business Control, this role will focus on financial operations and strategic oversight for our exhibitions, including key responsibilities such as financial reporting, analysis and effective process management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis for exhibitions, focusing on ticket sales and visitor statistics.
  • Manage KPIs, cash flow, forecasts, and budget preparations.
  • Conduct weekly sales analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize financial procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in Financial Control or Business Control.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, with English being a requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power BI
