Job Description

As a Business Controller at Publicis Groupe, you will be a central part of the finance function and work closely with the rest of the finance team and the business units in analyzing and monitoring group results and steering towards our targets. You'll be involved in ongoing analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, and supporting the group and business units in providing decision-making support for strategic and tactical decisions.

Responsibility

You will be a part of the Sweden-Denmark cross-country Finance team consisting of 12 team members and be one of 4 Business Controllers with the responsibility for overseeing analysis at company level, compiling monthly management reports, driving budget and planning processes, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and providing support for external reporting processes.
You report to the Head of Business Control Sweden & Denmark.

Together with your colleagues in the Business Control team, you take care of tracking and following up on results and KPIs, maintaining a forward-looking approach. You'll collaborate closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the entire Finance team, as well as other departments, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and shared success.

Core activities

  • Participate in driving the budget and forecast processes
  • Compile monthly analysis for business reviews and budget/forecast reviews
  • Conduct operational and financial analysis, planning and reporting
  • Support business units with analysis, reports and KPIs
  • Together with Business Leads drive initiatives for growth and efficiency
Qualifications

We believe you are a curious and driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment

  • +5 years of experience as a Controller
  • Experience from asimilar position as Business Controller at a listed company
  • Experience fromthe marketing communication oradvertising industry
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to handle large data sets
  • Great communications skills
  • It is a big advantage if you have worked in a Media Agency and have experience from working in Marathon ERP.
