Technology provides access, but we believe in human curation and that if you can't feel the music, you can't reliably recommend it.To strengthen our Apple Music team, we are looking for an music business professional with a background in music curation. Do you love music and podcasts and sharing the best content with the world? Then we want to hear from youCurate local Apple Music storefronts and playlists to make sure our customers are presented with the hottest tracks and best playlists available.Work with various international teams to plan the scheduling of music releases and execute on promotions.Be aware of topical cultural moments and local releases, crafting and executing on-store promotions and campaigns based on these.Identify, understand and communicate the Nordic market trends, industry developments, needs and opportunities for Apple Music to our regional and international teams.Support and educate key partners on Apple Music's tools to help increase their success on the service.Drive subscriber and revenue growth in the Nordic region by deeply analyzing service performance and trends, and actioning locally relevant initiatives to enhance growth.Work closely with local and global Music Editors team to get Nordic artists' music heard by our subscribers.
Minimum Qualifications
- A strong knowledge of the music scene, what's on the charts, and an ear for discovering the best new artists and songs across the Nordics region.
- A passion for and understanding of Apple Music.
- Phenomenal attention to detail and accuracy, alongside being dedicated, organised and hard-working.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good technical skills, especially on MacOS or other operating systems.
- Strong organisational skills with capacity for balancing multiple projects at a time.
