As a Video Editor at team5pm, your responsibilities include:

Joining a production from its inception as a Video Editor at team5pm. You play a pivotal role throughout the project, collaborating closely with our (post)producers, creatives, and fellow editors. Your involvement begins from the initial kick-off meeting. Apart from editing tasks, you oversee progress and engage with your team. For clients with whom we maintain long-term partnerships, you gain insights into the performance of your edits. How did the video resonate? Which thumbnail proved effective?

As our ideal Video Editor, traits you should possess:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere
• Proficient in YouTube and social video platforms
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe After Effects
• Strong command of English
• Fluent in Polish
• Independent and creative minds capable of editing and well-acquainted with local (and global) trends and memes. Individuals familiar with social platforms and adept at independent work.
