Vad kommer du att göra?
Vår grymma Social Media Manager går på föräldraledighet och nu finns alltså chansen att ta sig an det här utmanande och spännande uppdraget under drygt ett års vikariat. I den här rollen arbetar du såväl strategiskt som operativt med övergripande planering och innehållsskapande för plattformarna Youtube, Instagram och Facebook samt löpande analys, innehållsutveckling och måluppföljning. I samverkan med avdelningens Communications Specialists är du involverad i den dagliga publiceringen, närvaron och interaktionen på affärsområdets konton vilket bland annatomfattar varumärkena Triss, Keno, Lotto och Eurojackpot. Du säkerställer att allt är i enlighet med gällande lagar, går i linje med varumärkesplattformar och tonalitet per varumärke samt driver önskvärd effekt.

Du är en del av team Vinnare & Community och dina närmaste kollegor arbetar i roller som Projektledare &Partneransvarig, Communications Specialists, Exekutiv producent & innehållsansvarig för Svenska Spel Turs dragningsprogram. Tillsammans ansvarar ni för att initiera, planera och bygga upp Svenska Spel Turs egna SoMe-kanaler med fokus på engagemang, tvåvägskommunikation, organisk närvaro och tillväxt. Teamet ansvarar också för vinstupplevelser, presskontakter och vinnarkommunikation avseende våra miljonvinnare, profil- och tredjepartssamarbeten samt programledarskap och underhållande innehåll i affärsområdets nystartade Youtube-kanaler och dragningsprogram.


Är du den som kommer att göra det?
Vi ser att du som person är proaktiv, flexibel och nytänkande. Du tar egna initiativ och tvekar inte att med positiv inställning driva igenom projekt med fokus på lösning och framdrift. Troligtvis har du en egen etablerad närvaro i sociala kanaler och har erfarenhet av att starta upp och bygga professionella konton/kanaler på Instagram, Facebook och Youtube.

Du besitter en mycket god förmåga att proaktivt initiera, dokumentera, driva och slutföra uppdrag enligt tidplan och inom budget samt att prioritera, strukturera och arbeta med flera parallella projekt i högt tempo på en föränderlig mediemarknad. Vidare är du mycket stresstålig och har en väl utvecklad samarbetsförmåga.

Du håller dig uppdaterad inom de senaste sociala medier och PR-trenderna och vet vilka format som är aktuella för stunden i de olika kanalerna för att uppnå önskvärd effekt. Dessutom är du en van användare av olika typer av social listening och publiceringsverktyg. Du har stor förståelse för medielandskapet i Sverige och är van vid att målsätta, monitorera, följa upp och ta action på mätetal såsom följarbas, tillväxt, engagemangsgrad, genomsnittlig visningstid ,publiceringsfrekvens, delningar, mentions och förtjänt genomslag.

För att snabbt komma in i rollen ser vi det som viktigt att du från start besitter önskvärda erfarenheter och kunskaper. Som till exempel:

  • Utbildning inom digital marknadsföring, sociala medier, kommunikation, PR, journalistik, influencer marketing, grafisk design eller annat relevant område för tjänsten
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av avancerat och professionellt användande av Facebook, Instagram och Youtube
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att skapa och planera innehållsproduktion avseende programformat för Youtube inkl sätta manus, dramaturgi, set design, thumbnails samt SEO-anpassad avsnittsbeskrivning
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av boostning och analys av innehåll för Instagram och Facebook via Meta Business Suite och för innehåll på Youtube via Google Ads
  • Erfarenhet av digital foto/video-redigering inklusive bildkomposition, design och tolkning av varumärkesguidelines, grafiska profiler och bildmanér samt kunskap och erfarenhet av arbete med programvaror såsom Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, InDesign
  • Mycket goda språkkunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift samt vana att korrekturläsa och skriva undertexter till innehåll
  • Förståelse för lagar och regler såsom GDPR, Spellagen och Marknadsföringslagen
