Make Site Logistics Real Become Our Supervisor of Material Handling

Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of material handling operations? We're on the lookout for a talented Supervisor of Material Handling to join our vibrant team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.

In this role, you will champion operational efficiency and ensure seamless day-to-day material handling activities, meeting both safety and cost targets. You will lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Driving results, you will analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for enhancement ensuring operational success. Most important, you will put safety first.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Direct reports: 3-7 Team Leaders and Day time Operators; Total staff: 10-60 FTE.
  • Direct accountability for operational performance of MH activities, including safety, quality, and cost.
  • Key interfaces include Specialists, Logistics asset development engineers, S&OP, Transportation/Warehousing Sourcing Managers, and more.

About you

We are looking for a strong communicator, who can engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals. Who has a passion for excellence and demonstrate a commitment to delivering top-notch results and exceeding expectations.

You need to bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in production or logistics operations, with a knack for leadership with high safety mindset.
