As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for picking and preparing products for the production department, receiving goods, unpacking and tallying received orders, and recording information in Cepheid's business system. You will also have the opportunity to grow and advance within the company based on your personal goals. We also value a good balance between personal and professional life.

The position we are looking to fill is a temporary role as a Material Handler where you will be part of the logistics department located in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure incoming and outgoing materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment to meet customer expectations involving receipt, delivery, and warehouse and material control.
  • Perform manual and/or office tasks within various systems/WMS involved in receiving or preparing materials for transportation.
  • Perform planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting tasks to support production work.
  • Coordinate and monitor workflow, assist with scheduling, and prioritize activities in the assigned distribution area.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant local, national, and international guidelines.

The basic job requirements are:

  • Completed high school education
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Forklift license (TPL10) and driving experience
  • You must be able to work 5 shifts including daytime, evening, weekend, and night shifts

It is advantageous if you also have previous experience in:

  • Working in SAP business system
  • Working within a highly regulated industry
