Comms Lead spelar en avgörande roll som affärspartner för Tietoevry Tech Services i Sverige och driver företagets tillväxtagenda genom strategisk 360-marknadsföring och kommunikationsplanering, samt operativt genomförande. Du kommer att vara medlem av den svenska ledningsgruppen och arbeta nära kollegor inom affärsenheten, samt det globala kommunikations- och marknadsteamet.

Ditt huvudsakliga fokus är att främja företagets tillväxtagenda genom kommunikation och marknadsföring. Det innebär att bygga medvetenhet och anseende, vara ett stöd i försäljning, stärka genom thought leadership och issues management, samt främja en kultur av öppenhet, förtroende och mångfald genom aktiv medarbetarkommunikation.

När du börjar på Tietoevry Tech Services som Comms Lead

Kommer du få skapa och driva genomförandet av en 360-marknadskommunikationsplan för att stödja Tietoevry Tech Services affär i Sverige. Du kommer arbeta vid gränsen mellan kommunikation, försäljning, marknadsföring, HR och ledarskap för att sätta dagordning och prioriteringar.
  Bygga medvetenhet, anseende och stärka relationer med nyckelintressenter (kunder, media, allmänheten) genom proaktiv PR. Identifiera engagerande ämnen och nyhetsvinklar för att göra intryck i olika kanaler. Du ska även etablera thought leadership i Sverige, bidra i issues management och i kriskommunikation.
  Jobba med strategisk planering och praktiskt genomförande av marknadsförings- och kommunikationsaktiviteter för olika intressentgrupper.
  Skapa en relevant agenda för intern kommunikation och engagemang som stöder den dagliga verksamheten, strategiska initiativ samt företagskulturen baserad på förtroende och öppenhet.

Vem vi letar efter  

Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom PR och kommunikation, helst från stora komplexa organisationer eller från byrå. Magisterexamen inom företagsekonomi, kommunikation, marknadsföring eller ett relaterat område. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift för att kunna skapa engagerande kommunikation Bakgrund inom extern kommunikation och PR inklusive innehållsskapande Erfarenhet inom marknadsföring
