About the pub

The skylark is located on the outskirts of the market town of wellington just of the motorway near Taunton. Recently benefitted from a refurbished bar and dining area and outside bar and covered area. The pub has a good base trade from the local town and a nearby Travelodge, there is huge potential for growth with more weekly activity and events 

Currently averaging £28k a week in sales with a 70/30 food to wet split. We are looking for a operator with a strong high volume food background to come on board and lead the team and Skylark to success.  Live in available in the form of a modern 3 bedroom flat
