Job Description

We are now looking for an Area Business Controller to Area North based in Uppsala

Together with your Area team, you are responsible for reaching the Sales & Profit goals by securing that all stores deliver a Great Customer Experience. The role is broad and challenging, and you will have a great opportunity to affect the core business by acting as an informal leader with a strong analytical focus and knowledge-based approach; you train and coach Area and Store Teams on controlling topics to enable our colleagues and business to grow. You will work with target setting, business planning, and analysis, allocation, store operations, secure staff scheduling, and cost control with the goal to optimize each store and drive profitable sales. You will also work with promoting various Omni features to our customers and our staff.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • A degree in business, engineering or equivalent area
  • Minimum 2 years experience from similar position 
  • Leadership ability and a strategic mindset
  • Strong commercial drive and ability to put numbers into action and a track record of delivering great results
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to train and coach the Area and Store Team
  • Previous experience from working in retail or within a sales organisation 
  • Curiosity to experiment, see patterns and find out what truly makes an impact
  • A strong team player with lots of positive energy 
  • Passion for setting and reaching challenging goals
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal skills in English and Swedish.


Additional Information
