Utöver 300 rum erbjuder Clarion Hotel® Karlatornet toppmoderna mötes- och eventlokaler, Living Room Bar, restaurang NÒR och Elements Spa. Här skapas minnesvärda upplevelser och möjligheter för både gäster och lokalinvånare.
Hotellet är en del av den spektakulära Karlatornet-byggnaden, som även inkluderar kontorsutrymmen, bostäder och shoppingområden. Med sin centrala placering i Göteborg erbjuder Karlatornet en imponerande skyline-vy över staden.

Just nu söker vi en passionerad Welcome Office Agent på extra till vårt team. Du drivs av samarbete mellan avdelningar och att leverera en fantastisk service till våra gäster men också att ta fullt ägandeskap inte bara för receptionen, utan även för gästens helhetsupplevelse.

I tjänsten ingår bland annat:

  • In- och utcheckning av hotellets gäster och säkerställa att vi håller en hög service från start till slut.
  • Följa passets checklistor och att säkerställa att passets rutiner är säkerställda och färdiggjorda.
  • Bokning av logi-, spa- och restaurangbokningar för våra faciliteter.
  • Granska ankomstlistor och ha full koll över dagens ankomster och konferenser.
  • Lättare barhantering och servering av alkholhaltiga drycker.
  • Daglig avstämning med hotellets andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att vi levererar enligt gästens behov.

Talangen: 

  • Du är ett serviceproffs som ser kundens behov och önskemål som högsta prioritet.
  • Krav av tidigare erfarenhet inom hotellreception och självgående arbete.
  • Du kan bokningsprogrammet Mews. 
  • Meriterande om du även kan EventTemple och Trybe.
  • Gymnasial hotellutbildning är meriterande.
  • Du förstår att du har mandat att leverera det lilla extra som krävs för att överträffa gästens förväntningar och säkerställa att ingen gäst lämnar oss missnöjd utan att ha gjort det bästa du kan.
  • Du kan kommunicera i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
  • Du tycker om att tillhöra ett team som jobbar i fronten ut mot gästen och har högt till tak.

Anställningsgrad: Extra vid behov
Arbetstider: Arbetstiderna kan variera, med kvällar och helger. 
Lön: Kollektivavtal finns mellan Visita/Unionen.
Tillträde: Omgående
