Internal Control Manager

As our Internal Control Manager you will be responsible for these main areas

Internal Control over ESG reporting (Environment, Sustainability & Governance)

Design & implementation of controls related to the CSRD implementation

Internal Control over Financial Reporting & Fraud

Testing of controls: establish test scripts, organize the testing cross group Design of controls in Group processes such as Tax Design of Fraud controls

Internal Control Management

Contribute to build the Internal Control Framework of the Husqvarna Group: yearly cycle, documentation of procedures, etc.

Who are you?

We're seeking a resultoriented person with a strong analytical mindset. You'll excel in cross-functional collaboration, possess a solid internal control experience from a multinational company working with design, implementation and testing.

Internal Control or Audit experience from an audit firm or similar Experience of both very operational internal control and strategic internal control management Experience from various ERP systems and IT environments

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams, and external partners. Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.

If you hold a university degree and have a proven track record in similar roles, along with an understanding of business processes (Sourcing, Supply, Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, etc.), we want to hear from you. Experience with SAP- and GRC-tools will further enhance your candidacy.
