Deine Aufgaben

You sell sustainable products with premium standards. You are a host - your customers feel at home with you. You actively support and advise on the selection of products and looks. You independently conclude purchases and handle objections. Your tasks include unpacking new merchandise and working closely with the visual merchandise team to ensure an appealing presentation. You will put your heart and soul into winning customers for the Member Program - and your own regular customers at the same time. As a brand ambassador, you will introduce customers to the lifestyle world of Marc O'Polo. You will learn technical and merchandise information on your own. In monthly training sessions, you expand your knowledge of products and sales.

You are open, like to meet people and have a positive charisma. As a student, you are looking for a job in which your communication skills, your ability to grasp things quickly and your ability to work independently are in demand. For you, service means being a hostess and offering your customers the best possible shopping experience. It motivates you to contribute to sales goals through your sales skills. You can identify with Marc O'Polo's aesthetics and quality standards. You like to work in a team, your colleagues appreciate your reliability and flexibility. You see objection handling and complaints as an opportunity to increase customer satisfaction. Weekend work (especially on Saturdays), which is common in retail, fits in perfectly with your life. With your work, you want to contribute to realign the apparel industry for the future and focus on sustainable issues. You speak German very well.
