Nu rekryterar vi en Service Delivery Manager till enheten Produktionsstöd här hos oss på Kronofogden it. I produktionsstöd är vi i dag 8 medarbetare som hanterar vår driftleverans, vilket innebär att arbeta med stöd och styrfunktionen som hjälper våra leveransområden att bedriva en kvalitativ och effektiv utveckling och leverans. Vi stödjer även myndigheten med it-verktyg.

Beskrivning av uppdraget

Vi har en spännande resa framför oss med modernisering, digitalisering och automatisering.

Vi inom it skapar de tekniska förutsättningarna för våra 2 300 kollegor, som till vardags bidrar till att säkerställa finansieringen av den offentliga sektorn, skapa ett väl fungerande kreditsamhälle för medborgare och näringsliv samt att motverka brottslighet.

Arbetsuppgifter

I din roll som Service Delivery Manager ansvarar du för en effektiv samverkan med interna och externa leverantörer och att leveransen av IT-tjänster sker i enlighet med de mål och krav som definieras. Rollen omfattar att säkerställa att servicenivåer och avtal (SLA/OLA), definieras, implementeras och följs upp samt att tjänster levereras enligt avtal mot Kronofogden samt parterna emellan.

En stor del i rollen är att samverka med våra driftleverantörer. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar vidare att utveckla, implementera, förvalta och säkerställa effektiva processer för drift och förvaltning av IT-tjänster.

Att självständigt driva och koordinera kortare uppdrag av varierande karaktär är en del av din vardag. Som del i teamet hjälps vi även åt med att hantera många olika operativa ärenden och frågor.

Dina kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har

flera års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet som Service Delivery Manager eller motsvarande inom större myndigheter eller motsvarande organisation (fler än 1000 anställda). flera års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet av operativt arbete inom IT där delar av, eller hela, IT-leveransen är outsourcad kunskap om ITIL och dess processer kunskaper kring, och har arbetat med, verksamhet inom IT-drift och IT-infrastruktur Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska såväl i tal som i skrift och god förmåga att dokumentera.

Du ska ha mycket god kommunikationsförmåga med goda erfarenheter av att kommunicera mot både verksamhet och IT-avdelning samt skapa förståelse däremellan.
