Role Overview:

The Program Director will be a strategic linchpin within Securitas Technology, directly impacting our mission by managing and enhancing security programs for our global clients. This role demands a unique blend of strategic vision, leadership, and technical prowess, aimed ensuring a robust operational delivery to our most complex clients. You will work closely with a team of seasoned professionals spread across all six continents, ensuring the seamless delivery and implementation of security solutions. Collaboration with our centralized design and project management teams, as well as our country teams, will be critical to tailor security programs that meet our clients evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive technology security programs for multinational enterprise clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and risk profiles to deliver robust security solutions.
  • Collaborate with an elite team of professionals across all continents, ensuring global standards are met with local expertise.
  • Work closely with our centralized design and local project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Liaise with country teams to adapt and implement global strategies effectively, respecting cultural and regulatory differences.
  • Continuously monitor the security landscape, ensuring our operational delivery stays ahead of emerging threats and technologies.
  • Drive innovation within the team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management, ideally within the security technology sector, managing projects across multiple countries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the security challenges faced by multinational enterprises and the ability to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Experience working with both centralized design/project management teams and in-country operational teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, with a focus on innovation and adopting new technologies to enhance security solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
