Group FP&A Controller

The Group FP&A Controller & ESG Finance Business Partner position is split into two very interest areas. The first one is key in order to support group management and the Board by preparing timely and accurate financial information, analysis and narratives. This could be in relation to; the monthly and quarterly closings, budget and forecasting processes, strategic plan process as well as ad hoc analysis of specific topics. The role also includes coordinating the aforementioned underlying activites within the finance organization.
The second part is the growing ESG area in particular how CSRD, EU Taxonomy and Scope 3 etc. will transform which data and analysis that is required from a financial perspective. The role will support with gathering relevant financial data and conduct analysis related to financial information working closely with the Sustainability team. The role also includes supporting with internal controls testing. As the area is growing, the role will grow with the evolution of the area.
The Group FP&A Controller & ESG Finance Business Partner will cooperate with the senior finance leadership of the Electrolux Professional Group, in particular with Business Area Controllers and Group Function Controllers. From time to time, the Group FP&A Controller & ESG Finance Business Partner will work under tight deadlines coordinating different time zones.
The role offer an excellent entry opportunity to learn Electrolux Professional Group’s operational and financial structure and a solid foundation to grow into a future career as for example Regional controller or Sales controller, working in a truly international environment.
The Group FP&A Controller & ESG Finance Business Partner will report to VP Group FP&A, Accounting, Tax & Internal control.
Lead financial data collection, consolidation and analysis of financials for: The monthly Management and Board reporting package Budget and forecasting process Strategic plan process ESG Ensure ESG financial reporting compliance with ESG regulations and standards (Taxonomy, Scope 3, CSRD/ESRS). Work with the Busines Areas to incorporate ESG criteria into investment analysis and decision-making process. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into financial decisions. Create, collect, analyze, and report ESG financial matrices to support decision-making. Internal controls testing Manage relationships and coordinate with the global finance organisation to ensure that deadlines are met and that reporting requirements are clear. Ad hoc projects and analysis. Relevant masters degree in Finance or Accounting At least 5 years of experience of Controlling experience Genuine interest is understanding business drivers Willingness to expand knowledge into the ESG area Ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point and curiosity of working with new technology Ability to work under high pressure Can-do attitudeREQUIRED LANGUAGES
