Vi söker nu en dynamisk Financial Controller som blir en central del av vårt finansteam. I denna avgörande roll kommer du inte bara att övervaka våra finansiella operationer utan även leda strategiska initiativ som formar företagets framtid.

Ditt uppdrag

Som Financial Controller kommer du att spela en avgörande roll i Greenelys resa. Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

Finansiell styrning: Säkerställa att våra finansiella nyckeltal är korrekta och aktuella, från kassaflöde till intäkter och kostnader. Du kommer att leverera skarpa finansiella rapporter till ledningsgruppen, VD och styrelse.

Budget och finansiell planering: Ansvar för att utveckla och underhålla vår budget, kassaflödesprognoser, resultaträkning och balansrapporter.

Rapportering och KPI:er: Ta ansvar för våra affärs- och finansiella KPI
, optimera och automatisera våra rapporteringsprocesser.

Finansiell Avstämning och Redovisning: Ansvarig för månatliga, kvartalsvisa och årliga avstämningsprocesser samt för att övervaka revisionsprocessen. Monitorera att alla procedurer för månadsavstämningen följs och granska månads- och avstämningsprocesser som kontaktpunkt för centrala team, med nära samarbete med redovisningsteamet och verksamheten.

Elhandelsoperationer: Utveckla och hantera våra elhandelsoperationer, utvärdera finansiella strategier för olika handelsobjekt och övervaka finansiella risker.

Kassa- och Skattemanagement: Optimera kassahanteringen och hantera skattefrågor.

-

Implementera och övervaka redovisningspolicy: Arbeta nära verksamheten för att säkerställa att redovisningspolicyer implementeras korrekt.

-

Hantera revisionsprocessen: Ansvara för att hantera revisionsprocessen och samarbeta med externa revisorer vid behov.

-

Stödja FP&A Manager: Samarbeta med FP&A Manager i förberedelserna inför årliga budgetar och prognoser.

-

Analys av finansiell prestanda: Analysera finansiell prestanda och bidra med insikter till ledningen.

Dina Kvalifikationer:

-

Erfarenhet som 'Financial Controller': Minst 6 års erfarenhet inom Financial Control eller liknande. Omfattande erfarenhet inom finansiell styrning, rapportering och analys.

-

Stark kunskap inom redovisningsprinciper och bokföring: Erfarenhet av att implementera och tillämpa olika redovisningsprinciper och bokföringsmetoder inom finansiell rapportering och styrning.

-

Utbildning: Examen inom ekonomi, företagsekonomi eller liknande.

-

Tekniska färdigheter: Djupa kunskaper i Microsoft Office, särskilt Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, PowerBI etc.).

-

Teamarbete: Effektiv kommunikation och förmåga att arbeta väl med andra i ett team.
