As a Business Controller you will play a vital role in scaling and growing our commercial capability and success. You will function as a key business partner to improve decision-making and enable success. You will be working closely with your key business stakeholders, supporting them with analysis and key take-aways to help them drive their business better.  

Responsibilities:
    • Preparing monthly financial reports, presentations, and analysis 
    • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement 
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast and provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary 
    • Manage financial planning and analysis process including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency in and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis 
    • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decision-making 
    • Provide financial guidance and support business units and departments 
    • Gather and manage request and requirements from internal stakeholders together with Business Controlling team to enhance new and existing reports and metrics 
    • Produce, and manage reports and dashboards in PowerBI 
    • Work proactively to structure, and visualize the data from our datasets 
    • Support validating data in our data warehouse and models 
    • Support on Group driven projects 
    • Superuser of BI tool 

Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in finance 
    • 6+ years of relevant experience from a similar position 
    • Experience with accounting and / or financial controller is meriting 
    • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel 
    • Strong skills in analyzing the full PNL and creating a reporting package, as well as creating and measuring relevant KPI:s 
    • Experience in BI tools to create and generate analysis and reports 
    • Knowledge and experience in PowerBI usage and report creation 
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. 
    • A driven, independent, and proactive way of working 
    • Analytical, structured, and well organized 
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
