We are now looking to expand the team with a Performance Marketing Manager based in Sweden to chase the dream with us.

The essence of the role

As our new Performance Marketing Manager, you have a genuine passion for numbers and derive satisfaction from delving deep into data to propel your team's marketing initiatives. You exude enthusiasm as a digital marketer, eagerly seeking to collaborate with a highly skilled and tightly knit team, providing you with opportunities for learning and shining. Your insatiable curiosity drives you to run meticulous A/B tests, explore the intricacies of first-click versus last-click trends, and equip your team with valuable insights. Whilst you appreciate guidance, you are also willing to traverse any necessary path to accomplish the task at hand.

The performance team at Sinch handles the paid search funnel for a wide portfolio of brands in the text and email SaaS space. We are looking for a talent who is willing to be challenged and amplify our SEM performance. 

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will work with:

Managing and executing PPC marketing strategy and support for proposed demand programs  Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive traffic and conversions  Tracking campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid initiatives to a multi-channel approach  Conducting robust keyword research, market research, competitive research and audience targeting research to build and maintain impactful campaigns  Managing ad campaign related tasks and projects - landing page construction, optimizations, keyword and search term report, ad copy and creative sourcing and managing  Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising

Who are you?

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience dedicated to paid campaign planning and execution in a B2B environment, Technology, SaaS, and/or E-commerce experience desired.  Experience planning media buys for niche audiences is ideal. Very proficient with WordPress, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.  Graphic design tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot experience are highly desirable.  Proficiency in web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics 4, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio and familiar with popular landing page tools like unbounce, instapage and creative tools like Canva, Figam and Miro. Also, Google Tag Manager is nice to have. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.  A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities and the ability to work independently. French and/or German language is highly desirable.
