We are seeking an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to join our dynamic legal team based in Stockholm. In this role, you will navigate an exciting landscape of corporate, commercial, and legal challenges at the group level while becoming part of a diverse global community that interacts with various cultures.
As the Corporate Legal Counsel, you will report to and work closely with our Head of Legal Corporate and Legal Operations.
As our new Legal Counsel, you will:
- Play a pivotal role in supporting the organization with corporate and commercial matters, while collaborating with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds across our international offices.
- Enhance our processes and frameworks, navigating complex legal issues related to procurement and technology, all while fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
- Be expected to draft, review, and manage various legal documents, with your ability to drive internal projects and negotiate commercial contracts being essential.
- Collaborate with other internal and external experts within Group Legal, as well as interacting with management and staff at all levels globally, thereby enriching your professional network and experience.

You have a knack for translating complex information into clear, accessible language. You are detail-oriented and business-focused, ready to engage with diverse perspectives in a dynamic international setting as a vital member of our global legal team.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- A master’s degree in law from a Swedish university.
- At least 3-5 years of qualified work experience, preferably from a well-renowned law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a tech or similarly fast-paced industry.
- Strong experience in commercial law, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Solid experience in corporate law, including long-term incentive programs.
- Experience working in a complex global organization is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is desirable.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
