Your professional profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process optimization and strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting decision making processes.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve overall operational performance.Support the development of key performance indicators and performance tracking systems.Participating in scoring, Business Intelligence, and other analytics related development projects.Coach end users in operations to improve information-based decision making and monitoring of our core processes and performance.Preferred skills and qualifications
Strong experience in reporting, analytics, and related tools.Ability to gather and structure data based on business requirements.Strong data visualization skills and ability to” data story telling”.Good understanding of Lowell business and operational processes.Analytical and structured way of working.What we offer:
